Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro (Price at time of writing - $399.95)
One of the things I had been looking for along time was an convection oven with air frying capabilities so I didn't have to use the range all the time for meal prep. I like to make about 4-5 days worth of main meals for the week and those little air fryers with the little bottom bucket were not gonna cut it with me. When I saw this oven okay maybe I had found what I was looking for, but didn't purchase it for about 4 months as i researched it with some people I knew similar ovens.

Conclusion - When I got this oven the very first food I cooked was chicken breast that I had slice into strip and marinade overnight. Everything cooked perfectly, the chicken came out moist on the inside and had a good crispy to the outer layer. I was kinda bothered with the fact that they (Breville) don't offer a drip tray to put into your oven when air frying. Other than that the oven does all the things I need it to do, It bakes my vegetables in half the time as the big gas oven, dehydrate herbs, fruits and bakes cookies perfectly. Overall a very good purchase.
